TERMS OF USE - CANCELLATION POLICY

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Wolf Shuttles (Pty) Ltd is a private limited company in the transport and tourism industry that provides door-to-door Shuttle Services in Cape Town for individual and group transfers. We provide Private Airport Transfers, Shuttle Hire for point-to-point transfers, point-to-multipoint transfers for social and corporate events, and Chauffeur Services as well as custom day tours to locals and tourists who visit for business and holidays.

CONFIRMATION POLICY

Upon receipt of payment, bookings will be processed and confirmed by way of an electronic communication in the form of either email or whatsapp text from +27824365652. We will provide you with a formal receipt for payment as confirmation of your booking. The details of the driver and vehicle assigned to your pickup will be communicated within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup time.

GENERAL INFORMATION & CONDITION OF SALES

The provision of services by Wolf Shuttles is subject to availability and confirmed bookings.

  • A deposit of 50% is payable upon acceptance of a quotation.
  • Full balance payable 72 hours prior to start of booking.
  • We accept the following payment methods:

  • All major Debit/Credit Cards (a)
  • Bank Transfers / Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT)
  • Direct Bank Deposits
  • Secure Online payments via the Yoco Payment Gateway (b)

(a) All card payments will include an additional 3.5% service charge.
(b) Upon acceptance we will provide you with a formal invoice for payment and a link to our secure online payment gateway.

  • In cases of non-presentation, full cancellation fees will apply.
  • You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking 48 hours before the start of your booking.
  • In the case of tours, Wolf Shuttles reserves the right to charge a full cancellation fee even if the service is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the date of the service. Wolf Shuttles will refund the client in full within 48 hours, should the cancellation be received more than 48 hours prior to the date of the service.
  • General information and conditions of carriage prices, routes, places of interest, destinations, hotels and restaurants are subject to availability and change.
  • Tour departure and arrival times are approximate.
  • All our vehicles are insured substantially with up to R10 million passenger liability cover.
  • All tours are subject to minimum number of passengers.
  • Luggage and personal possessions are carried at your own risk.
  • Please ensure that valuables and travel documents are kept safe at all times.

PRICING POLICY

  • Pick up and drop off from your hotel or guesthouse within Cape Town and surrounds.
  • Kids aged 3 - <12 years charged at 100% of adult rates.
  • Kids aged under 2 years of age – free.

Please note it is compulsory for kids under 2 years of age to be conveyed in a car seat. Car seats are available upon request at an additional cost of R100,00 per day.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • More than 48 hours prior to reservation: 0% Cancellation Fee
  • Less than 48 hours prior to reservation: 100% Cancellation Fee
  • No Shows: 100% Cancellation Fee
  • Booking errors (wrong times or dates given) 100% Cancellation Fee
  • Should clients delay the driver without prior arrangement at the airport: (i.e. going shopping) Clients to pay parking costs - R5,00 per minute
