Wolf Shuttles (Pty) Ltd is a private limited company in the transport and tourism industry that provides door-to-door Shuttle Services in Cape Town for individual and group transfers. We provide Private Airport Transfers, Shuttle Hire for point-to-point transfers, point-to-multipoint transfers for social and corporate events, and Chauffeur Services as well as custom day tours to locals and tourists who visit for business and holidays.

Private airport transfers

Pre-booked private transfers to and from Cape Town International Airport and other destinations.

Point-to-point & multipoint

Shuttle hire for direct journeys, multiple stops, social events and corporate events.

Chauffeur & day trips

Chauffeur services and custom day tours for locals and visitors travelling for business or holidays.

Confirmation

Confirmation policy

Upon receipt of payment, bookings will be processed and confirmed by way of an electronic communication in the form of either email or WhatsApp text from +27824365652.

  • We will provide you with a formal receipt for payment as confirmation of your booking.
  • Booking confirmations are sent via email to your email address provided at the time of booking.
  • We'll send details of the driver and vehicle assigned by 18h00 (PM) the evening before your scheduled pickup time.
  • The provision of services by Wolf Shuttles is subject to availability and confirmed bookings.

DepositA deposit of 50% is payable to secure a booking.

  • In cases of non-presentation, full cancellation fees will apply.
  • You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking 48 hours before the start of your booking.
  • In the case of tours, Wolf Shuttles reserves the right to charge a full cancellation fee even if the service is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the date of the service. Wolf Shuttles will refund the client in full within 48 hours, should the cancellation be received more than 48 hours prior to the date of the service.

Pricing

Pricing policy

  • Pick up and drop off from your hotel or guesthouse within Cape Town and surrounds.
  • Kids aged 3 - <12 years charged at 100% of adult rates.
  • Kids aged under 2 years of age – free.
Car seats: Please note it is compulsory for kids under 5 years of age to be conveyed in a car seat. Car seats are available upon request at an additional cost of R50,00 per transfer.

Additional conditions

  • General information and conditions of carriage prices, routes, places of interest, destinations, hotels and restaurants are subject to availability and change.
  • Tour departure and arrival times are approximate.
  • All our vehicles are insured substantially with up to R20 million passenger liability cover.
  • All tours are subject to minimum number of passengers.
  • Luggage and personal possessions are carried at your own risk.
  • Please ensure that valuables and travel documents are kept safe at all times.

Waiting Time

Waiting time & additional stops

Cape Town Airport

We include up to 60 minutes complimentary waiting time at Cape Town International Airport.

Other pick-ups

All other pick ups include 15 minutes waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.

Additional stops

Additional stops include up to 15 minutes per stop. Additional waiting time will be billed at our standard per hour rates.

Airport delays: Should clients delay the driver without prior arrangement at the airport (i.e. going shopping), clients are to pay parking costs at R50,00 per hour after the first hour.
